Alder Bay Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Alder Bay Holdings who also own and operate Alder Bay RV Park & Marina. Each cottage is independently owned and Alder Bay Vacation Rentals manages the rentals for the owners. 

Alder Bay Holdings is a family business owned and operated by the McGrady, Brockway and Glendale families.
